At DBL Coaching, our programmes are designed with your wellbeing in mind. A great way to decide when coaching with us is right for you is to ask yourself:

We will use our expertise to help you uncover the answers, so whether you want to make or embrace changes to your life, or manage emotions such as anxiety, you will have a mindset that works for you. 

We can also support your business to create a place of work that values its people and in turn you all value each other.  Coaching can be adopted to identify specific development needs and goals.  And you may be surprised what you will all discover once the channels of communication are open. Our Wellbeing and Development programme is all about how people interact with each other every day and the benefits that greater understanding will bring. 

It it important to us that our coaching programmes are accessible. During the pandemic we successfully coached virtually, giving our clients the flexibility to incorporate sessions into their daily routines. This is now how much of our coaching takes place. We are based in Milton Keynes, 30 minutes from London, and are more than happy to travel. Later in the year we will be holding workshops... news of locations to follow...

Personal Coaching

Every day of our lives we experience change…. from our environment, to our relationships, to our work and, of course, within ourselves. Our wellbeing depends on our ability to manage change when it unexpectedly knocks at our door! And if we want to live to our full potential there will be times when we will want to create and drive change.

We can work with you to find your way forward; together we will uncover how you think about things, how you communicate and the patterns of behaviour you have developed, giving you more self-awareness and choice. So, if you are wasting time on negative things, including anxiety, we will help you find ways to dedicate that energy into creating a mindset that will work for you.

And when you have a mindset that works for you, change will no longer seem like an uninvited guest but a door of opportunity that you can’t wait to open!
